Sample Pic Mosaic establishes the new headquarters of its potash operations in Regina, a move that will create 120 jobs in the city.
Mosaic will be the main lessee in a new Regina office tower, to be built at the corner of 12th Avenue and Hamilton Street. Mosaic will occupy the upper floors of the new building and have rights to the building's top signage.
This move will continue to show the community we have a long term commitment to Saskatchewan," Prokopanko said. "The new structure will continue to build the infrastructure of the province, continuing Saskatchewan's growth.
Our government is working diligently to bring head offices and the jobs that come with them to Saskatchewan, Premier Brad Wall said. Mosaic has been an outstanding economic partner in our province and an outstanding community partner as well — witness their recent contribution of $100,000 to the Saskatchewan Red Cross to communities hit by severe weather this summer.
Our government is very pleased Mosaic will be a significant and highly visible partner in this latest addition to Regina's growing skyline, and pleased with the 120 head office jobs that will come as a result of today's announcement, Wall said.
