Achieving excellence in safety and health performance is critical to building and sustaining a world-class organization, and all Mosaic employees and contractors take personal responsibility for their safety and the safety of those around them. Exceptional achievements like this highlight Mosaic’s relentless pursuit of an injury-free workplace.

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is an agency of the United States Department of Labor and enforces compliance with mandatory safety and health standards. The southeast region of MSHA runs from Alabama to Virginia and includes 1700 mines.
