The Mosaic Company Contributes $50,000 to Saskatchewan Red Cross to Aid in Disaster Relief

The Mosaic Company announced today it is contributing $50,000 to the Saskatchewan Red Cross in support of disaster relief preparedness and emergency response efforts in the province.

“The Red Cross is grateful for this generous gift from Mosaic,” says Cindy Fuchs, Provincial Director for the Red Cross. “The ongoing contributions from our partners mean that the Red Cross is able to help our communities recover when disaster strikes.”

Mosaic has a long history of aiding the Red Cross with their disaster relief efforts in Saskatchewan and across the globe."

We take comfort in knowing that the Red Cross is there to help when help is needed,” said Walt Precourt, Mosaic’s Senior Vice President of Potash. “Mosaic is proud to support the ongoing work of the Red Cross in Saskatchewan, to ensure that our communities are as prepared as possible when a disaster occurs.”
