Across our global operations, we have been actively helping brighten spirits of our community members in need this holiday season through volunteering and donations to partner organizations. Here’s a look at how Mosaic employees are making a difference locally, in the communities where we live and work.

United States Operations

Proudly Parading: Mosaic’s Florida employees and family members participated in holiday parades in Hardee and Polk Counties.

Toy Drives: Employees at South Fort Meade collected toys to donate to children at Bowling Green Elementary School in Hardee County, Florida. And employees at New Wales collected toys to donate to the Guardian ad Litem program in Polk County, Florida. The Four Corners team coordinated the Rudolph Round-Up Toy Drive to collect toys for local children in foster care. In FishHawk, employees collected toys for Toys for Tots.

Gifts and Clothing for Families in Louisiana: Our employees donated gifts and clothing to the St. James Parish Government Toy and Coat Drive, helping families in the community.

Gift of Hope: Mosaic employees in Florida volunteered at ECHO (Emergency Care Help Organization) of Brandon’s event which provided toys and food for Christmas to families in need. Our colleagues assisted families with picking out toys, gift wrapping, and food and toys deliveries to cars.

Hosting Community Dinners: Our South Pasture facility hosted a community holiday dinner.

Christmas Angels: South Pasture employees also participated in the Christmas Angel program with the Wauchula Elementary school.

Remembering Veterans: Employees from our Louisiana operations partnered with Wreaths Across America to lay wreaths on veterans’ graves during the holiday season at Port Hudson National Cemetery in Louisiana.

Festival of Bonfires in Louisiana: Our Louisiana operations sponsored the annual St. James Parish Festival of the Bonfires. Employees teamed up for the festival’s Gumbo Cook-off. Though the team came home without a win, it was great way for Mosaic employees to enjoy the company of other community members.

Walk to End Hunger in Minnesota: More than 260 Mosaic employees, family members and friends walked to raise and donate more than $285,000 to help fight hunger among the area’s most vulnerable.

Winter Hat & Mitten Drive: Minnesota employees warmed the winter chill by donating hats and mittens to Avivo families striving to achieve education and economic independence.
