Low Chloride Content
The maximum chloride content is typically below three percent, minimizing the potential for fertilizer "burn.' Thus, K-Mag^® GRANULAR is widely used on sensitive vegetable and fruit crops requiring high fertilizer rates. It is also used on other crops that have a high potassium and magnesium demand, yet are sensitive to chloride, such as tobacco.

Non-Acidifying
K-Mag^® GRANULAR is neutral in pH and does not contribute to additional soil acidity.

Totally Water Soluble
K-Mag^® GRANULAR is in the water soluble sulfate form, providing potassium, magnesium and sulfur in a form readily absorbed by plants. Yet, because of its crystalline nature, K-Mag^® Granular dissolves gradually throughout the growing season, thus providing a continuous source of nutrients.

Replacement of K, Mg and S
Potassium, magnesium and sulfur are three basic nutrients essential for plant growth that are vital to profitable crop production.
