Joc O'RourkeChief Executive Officer![]() James "Joc" C. O’Rourke is the chief executive officer of The Mosaic Company. The company’s third CEO since it was formed in 2004, O’Rourke has held this role since 2015. He also served as President of Mosaic from 2015 until August 2023, when he relinquished the title in anticipation of his retirement in 2024. During his time at Mosaic, O’Rourke’s focus on employees, innovation and execution has propelled significant Company growth. He has also led programs to improve operational efficiency, lower production costs and advance sustainability performance. Before becoming CEO in 2015, O’Rourke served in roles including Executive Vice President – Operations and Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for Mosaic’s global mining and processing operations, supply chain, procurement, and environment, health and safety organizations. O’Rourke has been instrumental in the company’s ongoing pursuit of safety excellence, contributing to the achievement of significant reductions in injury rates. O'Rourke has more than 30 years of experience in mining and processing operations, and has held various management, engineering and other roles in the mining industry in Canada and Australia. O’Rourke serves as a director for a number of organizations, including the Toro Company and The Weyerhaeuser Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mining and mineral engineering from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. ![]() Bruce Bodine

Bruce BodinePresident![]() Bruce Bodine was named President of Mosaic on August 29, 2023, where he will continue to lead enterprise-wide operations. Bodine has also been elected to Mosaic’s board of directors. Bodine previously served as Mosaic’s Senior Vice President—North America since April 2020. Prior to that, Bodine led the Phosphates business unit as Senior Vice President—Phosphates, and the Potash business unit as Senior Vice President—Potash. Bodine began his career with Mosaic in 1999 as part of a predecessor company, holding engineering leadership and plant management positions in the Phosphates business segment before taking on the role of Vice President—Operations for Mosaic’s Esterhazy and Colonsay potash production facilities. Bodine also served as Vice President—Supply Chain, responsible for the movement of raw materials and finished production, and strategic sourcing activities for Mosaic’s North American phosphate and potash segments; additionally, he oversaw fertilizer production in South America and China. Bodine serves on the board of directors for the Miski Mayo mining company, a joint venture which Mosaic is the operating partner. Bodine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. ![]() Corrine Ricard

Corrine RicardSenior Vice President—Mosaic Fertilizantes![]() Corrine Ricard was named Senior Vice President—Mosaic Fertilizantes in November 2019. Previously, Ricard held leadership positions at Mosaic including Senior Vice President, Commercial and Supply Chain, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of International Sales and Distribution, Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Supply Chain and Risk Management. Prior to Mosaic, Ricard worked for Cargill in various roles including risk management, supply chain, treasury and commodity trading. Ricard has 35 years of agriculture experience. Ricard serves on the board of directors for Canpotex, the Canadian potash marketing association; Gulf Sulfur Services; and Carlisle Companies, a publicly traded company. Ricard previously served on the board of directors for the Ma’aden Wa’ad Al Shamal Phosphate Company, a phosphate production joint venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, DayBreak Foods, a privately held company; and the Freshwater Society, an environmental non-profit organization. Ricard earned her bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Minnesota, an MBA in strategic planning from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. ![]() Clint Freeland
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Clint FreelandExecutive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer![]() Clint Freeland was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on November 1, 2023 after serving as the company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2018. In this role, Freeland leads Mosaic’s Strategy and Growth, Finance and Information Technology organizations. Prior to joining the Mosaic, Freeland served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dynegy Inc. from July 2011 until Dynegy’s merger with Vistra Energy Corp. in April 2018. He was responsible for Dynegy’s financial affairs, including finance and accounting, treasury, tax and banking and credit agency relationships. Prior to joining Dynegy, Freeland held positions as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Senior Vice President—Strategy and Financial Structure at NRG Energy. Earlier in his career he worked for Enron Corporation, Coral Energy and ABN AMRO Bank. Freeland holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from The University of the South and a master of business administration in finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. ![]() Walt Precourt

In this role, Precourt has responsibility for the company’s Human Resources, Public Affairs, Procurement and Shared Services teams. Precourt has held several leadership positions since joining Mosaic in 2009, including Senior Vice President—Strategy and Growth, Senior Vice President—Phosphates, Senior Vice President—Potash Operations, and leading the Environment, Health and Safety organization. Prior to joining Mosaic, Precourt lead Holcim (U.S.) safety transformation, later becoming its Vice President of Environment and Government Affairs. Precourt started his career at The Dow Chemical Company where he served in a variety of roles in Operations, Technology, Capital Project Management, and Environmental, Health and Safety. Precourt earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, his Master of Science in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from Vanderbilt University, and his MBA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. ![]() Karen Swager

Karen SwagerExecutive Vice President—Operations![]() Karen Swager was named Executive Vice President – Operations effective November 1, 2023. In this role, Swager is responsible for the company’s enterprise-wide operations, including the Environment, Health and Safety organization, and the North America Supply Chain organization. Previously, Swager held various leadership positions at Mosaic including Senior Vice President—Supply Chain, Senior Vice President—Potash, Vice President, Minerals—Phosphates, Vice President, Mining Operations—Phosphates, and General Manager. She also led the mine planning and strategy group for the Phosphates business. Swager serves on the board of directors for SSR Mining and is a member of SSR Mining’s Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Committee. Swager is a licensed professional engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in metallurgical engineering and a Master of Science in metallurgical engineering from Michigan Technological University, where she is a member of the Department of Chemical Engineering’s Distinguished Academy. Ben PrattSenior Vice President—Government and Public Affairs![]() Ben Pratt was named Senior Vice President, Government and Public Affairs in April 2020. Previously, Pratt held the position of VP—Corporate Public Affairs, leading corporate communications and U.S. Federal Government relations, as well as Mosaic's corporate social responsibility activities. Pratt serves on several boards, including The Florida Aquarium, Tampa Bay Economic Development Council, the Tampa Bay Partnership and Streamsong Resort. In addition, he is a member Tampa Mayor Jane Castor’s Resilience and Sustainability Task Force. Prior to joining Mosaic in February 2012, Pratt was SVP, Corporate Communications at Ameriprise Financial, Inc., in Minneapolis. Earlier in his career, he worked in a variety of communications and investor relations capacities at The PNC Financial Services Group in Pittsburgh, and at Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns, both in New York. Jenny WangSenior Vice President—Global Strategic Marketing![]() Yijun “Jenny” Wang was named to Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Marketing, in January 2022. Previously, Wang held the position of Vice President, Global Strategic Marketing. Wang’s primary role encompasses pricing strategy and product placement for phosphate and potash globally; strategic market and analysis, brand marketing, new product commercialization, and Mosaic’s distribution businesses in China and India. Since January 2020, Wang has served on the Board of Directors at Canpotex. Wang joined Mosaic in 2011 as the Country Head for China. Prior to Mosaic, Wang held various leadership roles in Sales and Marketing, Strategy and Business Development, Global Product Management, and as Country Managing Director at Syngenta for 16 years in China, Vietnam and its global headquarters in Switzerland. Wang earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Sun Yat-sen University and a Master of Biology degree from South China Agriculture University. She graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. |
